How can you make a difference in a childs life?

There are so many ways to be actively involved with the children in the Durham community not only through Durham Companions, but through various other organizations.

We encourage participation in the following ways:  

• A Mentor

• A Tutor

• Donate Services (medical, legal, artistic)

• Donate tickets for Ballgames, Movies, Museums, Concerts, Etc.

• Make a Tax Deductible Contribution

• Serve on committees

• Become a Companions Partner

There are few greater rewards in life than spending one on one time with a child and experiencing the difference that YOU can make in his/her life. Mentors provide a lifetime benefit for children that is immeasurable!
